Online hotel room booking has closed, please contact the Boca Raton Resort & Club directly at 561-208-1100 to make a new reservation or any changes to an existing reservation. Be sure to mention you’ll be attending the Health Choice Network Educational Conference.

Member & Non-Member Pricing

Discounted pricing is reserved for our Member Centers and staff. All tickets purchased at this discounted rate will be verified. Please note if you purchase a Member Ticket in error, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

Can I obtain a refund or transfer my registration?

Yes, please allow 48 hours for processing. Please note you will receive a full refund if your request is submitted before June 16, 2022. Any requests received on or after June 16, 2022 will not be accepted. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. If you have any questions, please contact Lissette Montiel at LMontiel@hcnetwork.org. Please note the name on the registration/ticket must match the attendee.
