  • kolektif by 4ocean is a gathering place for individuals and organizations united in their desire to end the ocean plastic crisis. More than just a beach cleanup, kolektif by 4ocean is a festival with live music, animated discussions, and family-friendly activities. Whether you’re just starting your sustainable journey or a veteran leading the way, get inspired by the Clean Ocean Movement with the sense of community only 4ocean can bring. Let us know you can make it and RSVP with your Eventbrite ticket! If you have a group of 10 or more attending, please email the Volunteer Coordinator at outreach@4ocean.com to ensure proper sign up. What to expect: -Start the morning off with FREE yoga on the beach from 9am to 10am. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. -Join the Clean Ocean Movement by participating in the two hour beach cleanup as we tackle the microplastics and marine debris on the shoreline. Cleanup supplies (hemp bags + gloves) will be provided for everyone. Cleaning will take place from 10am to 11:45am with a group photo at the end! Community service forms will be provided after the cleanup in the Check-In Tent on the beach. -After seeing first-hand what is affecting the ocean, learn more about how to be a part of the solution in our largest 4ocean Village yet! We’re taking over the Southernmost lot of Spanish River Park to give the community connections to over 20 organizations, artists, and hands-on activities all with a focus on ocean conservation. Raise your awareness, get educated, and be inspired by the opportunities that are out there combating the ocean plastic crisis. -"Tide Talks" will take place in the 4ocean Village with presentations from local conservation leaders, hosted by the 4ocean Education Team. - A water station provided by the City of Boca Raton. Bring your reusable bottle and stay hydrated without the single-use plastic. -Cleaning the beach can work up an appetite. We’ll have sustainable food trucks and vendors with breakfast and lunch options for sale in the park. -Enjoy live music in the Blue Bungalow where you can chat with 4ocean employees and learn more about what it’s like working for the world’s largest ocean cleanup company
